I provide safe, nourishing space for you to explore what is happening within you during your practice of spiritual direction, notice invitations for growth, and savor how the Spirit is present. A typical session includes time for silence or prayer, reflection on a spiritual direction session, and
time for consultation.
I am an Instructor and Supervisor for Unity’s Spiritual Direction training program as well as a Supervisor for the Internship in Spiritual Direction at Loyola University Chicago.
I completed Masters’ degrees in Divinity and Spirituality/Spiritual Direction from Loyola University’s Institute of Pastoral Studies and Spiritual Direction Supervisory training through the Chicago Jesuit Community.
I have companioned and served as supervisor to people from diverse backgrounds including women, men, and non-binary individuals, those who identify as LGBTQ, BIPOC, those from various spiritual traditions, and those who are spiritual but not religious. All are warmly
welcomed!
