Bridget is a Retreat Leader and Spiritual Director who is sensitive to the movement of the Spirit in the ordinary experiences of daily life. Bridget is passionate about creating space for participants to give voice to their own experiences and to explore their spirituality which includes all aspects of their lives. Bridget has worked with people from diverse backgrounds including women, men, and non-binary individuals, those who identify as LGBTQ, BIPOC, those from various spiritual traditions, and those who are spiritual but not religious.

Custom Retreats / Times of Reflection

Bridget provides a safe, nourishing space for group retreats and times of reflection.  Programs typically include contemplative time and practices for participants to get in touch with what is stirring within them as well as opportunities for participants to give voice to their own experiences.


Sessions may include facilitator reflections, guided meditation, group discussion, creative expression, time in nature and other activities.  Programs may be offered on Zoom, at your location, or at a retreat house and can be offered for timeframes ranging from an hour to several days.  All programs are customized to meet the interests of your group.Bridget has facilitated programs around topics such as:

  • Finding Hope in Challenging Times

  • Seasonal Themes

  • Self-Care

  • Ignatian Spirituality

  • Meditation

  • Contemplative Prayer

Custom Spirituality Groups

Groups typically meet weekly or monthly for a set period.  This includes some input from the facilitator with most of the time dedicated to participant sharing and meditation/contemplative practice.  All groups are customized to meet the interests of your group.


Bridget has facilitated ongoing groups in areas like:

  • Life Sharing

  • Connections (with self, others, the Divine and all of life)

  • Change and Transition

  • Grief and Loss

  • Meditation

  • Contemplative Prayer

Credentials:

  • Masters’ degrees in Divinity, Spirituality (concentration in Spiritual Direction), and Pastoral Studies, Loyola University Chicago 

  • Internships: Ignatian Spiritual Exercises and Spiritual Direction Supervision from the Chicago Jesuit Community 

  • Master’s degree in Adult Education from National-Louis University 

  • Meditation Teacher Training from the Temple of Kriya Yoga
