In Jewish mystical thought there are 4 worlds of overlapping existence. The physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual—Asiyah, Yetzirah, B’riah, and Atzilut. This workshop will check-in with how we are doing in each world during these challenging times. Participants will leave with a method for continuing the check-in and tools for dealing with the challenges of these, and any, times.
